What is it?

This service is specifically suitable if you have a vacant rental property to lease. In Brisbane’s highly competitive rental market it is so important to stand out and appeal to the right kind of tenant that will care for your property, seek a long lease and pay a premium rent price. For this reason it is crucial to showcase the desirability, lifestyle, layout and features of your rental property to ensure good quality tenants fall in love. Our aim is to present your rental property in the absolute best light possible with a flexible hire term whether it is just one week, 4 weeks or the entire duration of the lease. By opting for a long term hire and essentially providing a furnished property, you have a greater chance of achieving a higher rental yield by attracting more corporate clientele to your rental property.

What is the Process?


Get in touch with us to book your 30 minute free quote. While measuring up at your property we assess the layout, features, general appeal and take note of any particular areas that may benefit from update or repair. Within 24-48 hrs you will receive your online quotation and recommendations.


Once you have accepted our quotation, an installation date will be scheduled and your 20% deposit invoice will be emailed to you for quick payment to confirm your booking. From there, the logistics details will be co-ordinated and liaison with your chosen agent will occur to align dates and photography bookings etc.

Installation Day:

Access will be pre-arranged before install day ready for the truck to arrive with handpicked furniture and/or home furnishings. Our in-house logistics team will carefully unload the truck for the styling to commence. Installations generally take between 2 and 6 hours depending on the amount of spaces being furnished.


We contact you periodically throughout your hire term to keep up to date with any feedback you may have for us and your progress updates. If you have not opted for a set hire term then we will request at least 3 working days’ notice of when you require collection to take place.
