Occupied Property Styling

What is it?

This service is specifically suited to clients who have existing furniture and are living in their property whilst it is on the market. In Brisbane’s highly competitive real estate market it is so important to showcase the desirability, lifestyle, layout and features of a property to ensure buyers fall in love. The first thing we need to do is ascertain whether your goal is to do what it takes to fully optimise your property….or if it is to do simply do what we can mostly with what you have and perhaps a few soft furnishings and trimmings to pretty it up. This is an important distinction in the Occupied Property Styling arena! Once we have a clear idea of your preference, then we then tailor a quote to suit. Our aim is to present your property in the absolute best way within your means to help you achieve the highest sale price possible. Our hire term is commonly a four week package plus two free weeks however we happily cater to shorter or longer terms upon request.

What is the Process?


Get in touch with us to book your free onsite quotation.  While measuring up at your property we discuss your needs and goals.  We assess your existing pieces, layout, general appeal and take note of any particular areas that may benefit from update or repair. Within 24-48 hrs you will receive your quotation and recommendations.


Once you have accepted our quotation, an installation date will be scheduled and your 20% deposit invoice will be emailed to you for quick payment to confirm your booking. From there, the logistics details will be co-ordinated and liaison with your chosen agent will occur to align dates and photography bookings etc.

Installation Day:

Access will be pre-arranged before install day ready for the truck to arrive with handpicked furniture and/or home furnishings. Our in-house logistics team will carefully unload the truck for the styling to commence. Installations generally take between 3 and 6 hours depending on the amount of spaces being furnished.


We contact you 5-7 days prior to the end of your hire term to arrange access for collection. Extensions are available if required.
